Some areas in your area you can definitely say "yep" to and there are others you may not have known of. You can also add your own speed trap areas.
This is also a good reference for court evidence as some cities have made a speed traps illegal for law enforcement to set up. If this applies to your city - check this database and use it as court evidence.
