The Prongies!

Just as Bill Palmer made for an interesting controversy at last year's MacWorld Expo ... history repeats itself.

An observant reader & MacWorld Expo attendee sent me the following information:

I know you like news about Bill Palmer. He was spotted at Macworld Expo trying to get an exhibitor to print off several sheets of paper with "2008" printed on them, because he printed his signs with the wrong year ("2007") and handed them out anyway. Now he has published his photos with the "2008" added, using Photoshop perhaps?

---------- FIX YOUR THINKING COMMENTARY ----------

Honestly ... if your business receives one of these things next year ... DO NOT accept it! Your business looks ridiculous and it's not prestigious. And what kind of award is a piece of paper with things GLUED onto it!

And yes exif information on the photos indicate Photoshopping!

* Curse this reader for making my eyes burn by having to visit the iProng website to check out the original images.

Hopefully your eyes have recovered enough to watch this, which was filmed at the hostel (?) he stays at in San Francisco.

From what I can make out from his mumblings, 'it's not my fault, it's the printer's fault.' Good excuse for his ultra cheap awards.
