When [a Qwest customer] received a modem setup disc, none of the software would work for his computer, nor his roommates. He called Qwest and was told that it was because he had a MacBook and that Macs were nearly obsolete.
Since 6 to 8 % of households in the U.S run Macs it is obvious that Quest is not the Best service provider and don't know what-the-hell they are talking about.!
I, for one, wouldn't have called them over nine times. Once or twice including one to cancel my Quest service would have been sufficient.
Quest apparently operates from inside of a very dark cave and are not worthy of any business from Mac users!
