Wow, this is cool! Not only did you win the case (for all of us bloggers, too!) but you have gotten a lot of attention which can only help others and bring more readers to your blog.Hopefully, even though as the article pointed out, not necessarily, more business will think twice before harassing their customers and think more about what they can do to help them, thus, in the process, helping their own business. By the way, I love you new polling feature. As my blog grows I may add one too?

Congratulations on this. Of course, after a year and a half -- and all you went through -- it's good to get the attention, and The Consumerist is a great catch. The only thing worse than you NOT winning would have been if you'd won and nobody noticed. It's good to see the attention this is getting.
Tom,Thanks ... I not looking for attention ... and boy did I ever go through hell - I wanted to write about it too. I wrote a lot in my journal for future postings maybe.
