How To Make Apple Jelly

Here's a great tutorial on how to make your own home-made apple jelly. Apple jelly is GREAT on saltine crackers as a snack. I also like it on Triscuits. It's different type of taste from your standard fair of jellies. It has a more filling taste - rather than some of the high sugar jellies like strawberry or grape. A peanut butter and apple jelly sandwich is also good to try.

Whenever I go to Atlanta Bread I get a slice of toasted pumpernickel bread, put some butter on it and spread apple jelly on it. MMMMM .... good on a cold morning!

You can add a little horseradish to apple jelly and serve with cream cheese and crackers for a bit of a spicier dip/spread. It's called "Giddy Up Apple Spread". (horseradish - get it?)
