The iPod Shuffle: Targeting The She-Male In Advertising?

I saw this advertisement on the front page of the APPLE.COM website. I think it's kind of hard to tell the gender of the "human being" wearing the newly released iPod Shuffle.

Also, why did they clip it like that with the "she-male's" shirt bundled up like that?

I liked the "jacket or jeans" picture better.



Yet still ... the gender of the wearer is unknown.

I got an email from a friend that said the top picture is "definitely a female".
