I am not at liberty to reveal the names, but, we learned that DLO served cease and desist letters to us and several other 3rd party FM transmitter makers. They have also actually filed suit against one of the largest companies in the industry... which is the factor that led us to realize they are serious about spending legal dollars.

Seems they can afford a lawsuit of this type, given they think they could sell as many PodBuddy's as Jack claims.

They were able to afford a huge MacMice booth at the Expo, give away a free Mazda Miata, move into a new building, grow "600%" supposively and more.

It always seems like there's more behind the scenes, but that's just my opinion.
